Delivery Cost

We offer FREE delivery New Zealand wide for all online orders over $99 in value*.

All other orders under $99 incur a flat rate $10 delivery fee.

Delivery only available within New Zealand, international delivery not currently available.
*Some larger items such as bike racks have additional fees.

Delivery Times

Normal delivery on most items is 2-4 business days from payment. Please allow additional time for rural delivery.

You'll receive a tracking number once the order has left to ensure you know where your order is every step of the way.

If your order contains multiple items, these may come from different suppliers and in different packages. You may receive multiple tracking details from each supplier.

Bikes

All bikes can only be purchased and picked up in store.
